Associate Accountant

An Accounting Associate maintains accurate financial records, processes accounts payable/receivable, reconciles bank statements, and assists with month-end closing, payroll, and tax compliance. Typically an entry-to-mid-level role, they support accounting departments by ensuring data integrity, managing vendor/client documentation, and preparing financial reports. Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and update the general ledger.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor/client statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, expense reports, and budget forecasts.
