Associate - AFR

Title: Associate (AFR)
Location: GSC BOG
Supporting the logistics operations, end to end PO management, claims management, pre-alert management, virtual invoicing processes, carrier management, reporting and proactive monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Monitoring for different lanes negotiated with the final customer.
Analysis of pending information and late shipments with their respective action plan.
Backup of all reports performed for the account.
Registering costs in CW
Support and knowledge in the logistics operations through proactive management and monitoring.
Skills / Requirements:
Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish.
Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Customer service and communication skills.
Teamwork and autonomy
