Associate AI Backend Engineer

Description:

We are seeking an Associate AI Backend Engineer with strong interest and hands-on experience in building intelligent backend systems powered by AI. The ideal candidate will work on agentic architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, structured and unstructured data extraction pipelines, and scalable AI-driven backend services.

This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, practical experience working with LLM-powered systems, and the ability to design reliable, production-ready AI pipelines. You will collaborate closely with AI research, product, and platform teams to transform cutting-edge AI capabilities into robust backend infrastructure.
