In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Process daily Trade Operations transactions of SG and AU in accordance to the agreed service standards. Liaise and follow up with Business Units or customers for instructions that are required to complete the transaction. Liaise with internal and external counterparty for queries relating to the transaction. Perform day end reconciliation of transactions. Adhere to risks and control guidelines/policies. Assist in projects to improve work processes. Perform ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned by Supervising Manager.
