Associate Analyst - Variable Compensation

As the Variable Compensation Associate Analyst you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, calculation and documentation of primarily one variable pay program (typically sales commission) for a single Business Unit (BU). You will performs basic calculations for the program. While extracting sales data from various systems and prepares the data by putting it into a standard format for purposes of calculating and processing commissions.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Support calculation of the performance related bonuses of sales personnel throughout Europe for the CSS and EES divisions based on the parameters set by the company and to run associated reports as needed.
+ Liaise with team to ensure sales and targets are correctly coded in the computer systems (which include Wesco Anixter Mainframe, Access databases and Excel) to the salespeople responsible for the sale.
