Focus Law Asiais hiring a Singapore-qualified Associate or Senior Associateto join our Corporate Team.

What you will do

• M&A and corporate transactions
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• MAS licensing and regulatory advisory work (including ongoing compliance support)

What we are looking for

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE
• Able to produce a strong first draftwith minimal supervision
• Comfortable managing clientsand running matters day-to-day
• Strong writing and drafting skills, with good commercial judgment
