Responsibilities

Asset Strategy Planning for assets under coverage - including developing asset hold-sell strategy supported by asset cashflow models; preparation of business plans for individual assets; budgeting and setting of financial targets; and active market scanning and identifying opportunities and/or threats to asset performance.

Partner portfolio managers and lead disposition for respective portfolios; For acquisitions, be involved as part of the Deal team.
