Serve as a trusted advisor on a range of legal and regulatory issues and guide stakeholders on how those legal requirements are internally documented and maintained.

As Counsel in the Office of Legal Obligations, you will be responsible for helping the Legal Department document JPMorgan Chase's material legal obligations and monitor for related legal and regulatory changes. The Office of Legal Obligations is a global firmwide program responsible for developing and executing a sustainable infrastructure and process that (i) documents JPMorgan Chase's obligations arising from material laws, regulations, and rules, and (ii) connects the obligations to policies, when applicable, as well as to procedures or other documentation that support compliance with those laws, regulations, and rules.
