Associate Attorney

A North Miami/Hollywood-based Business Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its collaborative litigation team. This firm represents businesses, investors, and individuals in complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. This is a full-time, on-site position, hiring asap!

Requirements:

• 2+ years of complex business litigation experience
• Prepare and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, discovery, and motions
• Attend and argue hearings, motions, and depositions
• Experience practicing in state and federal courts
• Ability to conduct in-depth legal research, handle heavy document review
• Excellent writing and analytical skills are required
