Associate Attorney

Friendly, busy Loop law firm specializing in Commercial Litigation and Creditor's Rights is seeking a full-time attorney who is currently licensed in the State of Illinois. Our firm's client base includes large and medium size publicly traded and privately held businesses, including banks, financial institutions, manufacturers, and distributors.

Day-to-day work will provide an opportunity for hands-on experience in all aspects of litigation, including appearing on court calls, drafting of pleadings, conducting oral and written discovery, and, motion practice. Excellent opportunity to receive immediate arbitration and trial experience.

Candidate must be able to work independently and possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional attitude and demeanor. The position entails travel to collar counties so access to a vehicle is required.
