Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from a highly regarded law school (Top 30).

Active license to practice law in California.

Minimum of five years of experience advising clients in:

Advising on residential, mixed-use, and community development projects that involve multiple funding sources.

Guiding clients through incentive-based financing and public–private funding opportunities.

Delivering practical, business-focused legal strategies that align with project goals and regulatory standards.
