Job Description

This position will involve working within Thailand Dispute Resolution Team on mainly enforcement, litigation and advertising and other legal review matters, as well as with other team members in other practice groups and other offices across the Rouse Network.

Details of Responsibility
Handle day to day conduct of individual cases and components of larger cases;

Research, analyze, and prepare legal advice, client-facing and officer-facing documents, and court documents;

Strategize and advise on appropriate courses of IP cases via available enforcement, litigation and other relevant routes;

Organize and attend meetings, raid actions and training with officers, attend court hearings;

Manage and run warning letter programs and other enforcement programs; negotiate with targets;

Report and communicate with clients and officers;
