Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Benefits Consultant to join our team in Ottawa/GTA.

As part of a dedicated, professional team, you will provide consulting services to and manage projects for medium and large clients. You will leverage your experience as a benefits expert to make recommendations on plan design, pricing and delivery of group benefit programs. You will participate, collaborate, and support the team and Benefits Consultant(s) in delivering impactful solutions to clients.

The Associate Benefits Consultant will:

Contribute to the overall design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability and special risk benefits for clients; including: Develop and implement strategies and activities to support client retention Identify the client’s group insurance risks and recommends appropriate plan design and cost mitigation strategies.
