Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Brand Manager is accountable for achieving the brand’s objectives for Net Sales Value, Contribution

Margin, Finished Goods days level, volume and market share, and creation of marketing campaigns for

the assigned brands or categories. The BM is responsible for the following core processes:



PLANNING:

• Seeks consumer insights, identifies target markets and channels and the most appropriate

vehicles to reach them.

• Mines and collates data that will aid in the development of the Annual Marketing Intent.



ORGANIZATION/ IMPLEMENTATION:

• Gathers needed information for the product orientation material for interfacing units and new

hires.

• Gathers needed data and updates the brand information fact book.

• Tracks and updates the status of new product developments in collaboration with other key units.
