Job Summary

The Brand Manager is accountable for achieving brand targets in Net Sales Value, Contribution Margin, FG days level, volume, and market share, and for developing and executing marketing campaigns for assigned brands or categories.

Responsibilities

  • Planning
    • Gather consumer insights and identify target markets, channels, and communication vehicles.
    • Collect and analyze data to support the Annual Marketing Intent.
  • Organization / Implementation
    • Prepare product orientation materials for interfacing units and new hires.
    • Update and maintain the brand information fact book.
    • Track and coordinate new product development with key units.
    • Develop sales launch kits for new products and innovations.
    • Prepare product transition and rationalization plans as needed.
