Associate Business Analyst

Position Summary

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst with years of experience to support requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis. The ideal candidate should have foundational BA experience, be capable of independently handling small-to-medium features, and work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders for low-to-medium complexity features.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Support the development of BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with design teams to help create wireframes, mockups, and user journey maps.
