Associate, Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Management

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Associate, Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Management for a hybrid position located in Toronto, Canada. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Please note, this role requires working onsite 5 days a week for the initial 4 weeks, after which it will follow a hybrid model of 3 days per week onsite.

Summary:

The Associate, Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Management plays a critical role in executing the branch's Business Continuity and Operational Resilience program at the business level. As a member of the First Line of Defense (1LOD), the Associate ensures that business units comply with regulatory requirements, policies and frameworks, as well as industry best practices to enhance the branch's ability to prevent, respond to, recover from, and adapt to disruptions.
