Develop and execute ourlong-termstrategies
Lead the commercial management of a series of our existing wholesale accounts, made up of some of the largestlicenseesin the industry.
Evaluate licensee base and drive a rationalization plan to ensure effective and focused business management and strategic planning to support growth across categories.
KeyResponsibilities
Strategic category & licensee management
Build strong relationships with existing licensees and nurture them to grow further. Alsoidentifynew business opportunities and develop potential partners to solidify the licensee base.
Develop local market category plan forhardlinecategory (toys)in line with regional strategy & plan.
Identify, define, communicate, and drive newgrowthopportunities built on licensing various Disney IP outside traditional hardline/softlinecategories.
