Purpose of Job
The Captive Administration Executive provides administrative and operational support to the captive management team in the delivery of captive insurance and related services. The role supports day‑to‑day captive operations, client servicing, and regulatory compliance activities in accordance with Labuan IBFC requirements, company policies, and client expectations. Provide administrative support to the Principal Officer / Officer Manager in captive insurance and related consulting matters.
Assist in the day‑to‑day administration of captive accounts, including documentation, correspondence, record‑keeping, and filing.
Support preparation and maintenance of statutory records, client files, and internal documentation.
