**In this role you will:**

+ Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and other client materials
+ Day-to-day execution for IPO, M&A and other capital market transactions
+ Build financial models, conduct financial and industry analysis
+ Perform due diligence and documentation for live transactions
+ Coordinate with clients, internal teams, legal advisors, accountants, and other professional parties
+ Work closely with senior bankers to support client coverage and origination
+ Analyze market trends and conduct market research
