Job Description:
● Oversee daily centre operations to ensure therapy programmes run smoothly.
● Plan, coordinate, and review individualised and group therapy programmes to meet each client's developmental goals.
● Supervise therapists and support staff, providing guidance, performance feedback, and ensuring professional standards are maintained.
● Manage staff and therapist timetables, caseloads, and room scheduling to ensure efficient centre operations.
● Conduct or oversee client assessments, progress reviews, and documentation when required.
● Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans based on assessments and therapist input.
● Handle parent enquiries, intake discussions, and ongoing communication regarding programmes and client progress.
● Liaise with management by providing regular updates on programme performance, staffing matters, and operational issues.
