What we do

We offer shipping insurance coverage (inland marine) for packages shipped via UPS, FedEx, the USPS and most major shipping carriers. Our rates are at a discount to the carrier rates and the claims process is completely online and processed quickly. We are a small, casual inside sales agency without walk‑in traffic.

What we need

We need someone who is very organized and has experience dealing with customers via telephone and e‑mail. You must be able to manage emails, faxes and inbound mail and keep everything organized and accounted for. This position requires a self‑starter who does not need to be micro‑managed. You will be dealing directly with customers regarding their shipping insurance claims, managing the entire process from filing to completion, and supporting general customer inquiries. The role relies on being organized and being in contact with customers.
