About CLEAR PCA:
The Center for Learning on Evaluation and Results for Pakistan & Central Asia (CLEAR PCA), hosted at CERP, works with governments, multilateral and bilateral donors, NGOs/INGOs, VOPEs, academia, and civil service institutions to strengthen monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems. As an implementing partner of the Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI), we offer technical assistance and capacity development to embed M&E into existing structures.
