Job Description

Join a well-established insurance organisation backed by a long-standing, collaborative Employee Benefits team known for stability, expertise, and strong client relationships.
In this role, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio — managing day-to-day client servicing while driving account growth and strengthening partnerships. You'll gain valuable hands-on exposure across business development, client management, and tailored insurance solutions.
This is NOT an HR role. Candidate MUST have required insurance papers due to the regulatory requirement of the role.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate Employee Benefits accounts
Prepare and negotiate quotations and renewals
Be the trusted contact for clients and intermediaries on policy matters
Deliver product presentations and employee engagement sessions
Support product improvements, market analysis, and business projects
