What the day will look like

+ Support colleagues on valuation projects, analyses, and other needs of clients

+ Build forecasting models (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations) to estimate the fair value of equity-based compensation within a risk neutral framework

+ Apply financial models (e.g., Black-Scholes model) to other types of securities

+ Model the potential financial accounting impact of alternative equity plans and programs to assist clients in maximizing the perceived value received by participants

+ Prepare reports, ...
