Associate Consultant

Cobalt’s Facilities Management team recruits across hard and soft services, from Coordinator through to Director level, with most hires at mid to senior level. The desk is busiest in London, followed by the North West and Yorkshire.

As an Associate Consultan t, you will support NFI generation through sourcing, engaging and managing high calibre candidates, building strong pipelines and delivering an excellent candidate experience. The team is extremely busy, with more live roles than current capacity can fully cover, so this hire will directly improve delivery and performance.

You will work closely with and be developed by a high performing team of 3 established recruiters who will be feeding roles into you, giving you immediate exposure to live mandates.
