Your day at NTT DATA

The Associate Contract Renewal Specialist is an entry level subject matter expert, responsible for operating in low to medium complexity environment and is typically assigned to client accounts.

This role is required to demonstrate an understanding of the vendor and services management environment and stakeholder interests.

The primary responsibility of the Associate Contract Renewal Specialist is to ensure that all service delivery that are ready for renewal are quoted accurately and that new orders are captured in the relevant service administration database. <...
