Associate Contract Specialist

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Contracts Specialist . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines .

Responsibilities

• Understand and fluently apply key legal terms needed for crude oil and gas trading and/or cargo movement through various methods of transport within the Chevron business context.
• Draft, negotiate and finalize commercial contracts that align with the negotiated trading deal, ensuring all contracts are comprehensive, clear, and enforceable.
• Turn around large volumes of contracts while maintaining quality and clarity on the negotiated trade deals and ensuring commercial/contract risks are mitigated and discrepancies are resolved.
• Collaboratively work with traders in the Singapore office and SMEs located across the world specializing in various areas such as compliance, tax, risk, legal, demurrage, finance, accounting, import, export, et...
