Associate Corporate Counsel (Legal, Risk & Compliance)
Location: Airwallex US, LLC, New York, NY
Salary: $146,000-$250,000 per year.
Provide practical legal guidance to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the company’s entities across the Americas; support the corporate development team in connections with fundraising rounds, mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactions; advise on and support expansion and market launches in new jurisdictions; collaborate with global compliance and risk teams to align internal policies and procedures with Airwallex’s global standards; draft and review referral agreements, marketing materials, and other commercial documents in partnership with the business development, partnership, and marketing teams; and provide guidance on legal issues related to marketing, advertising and promotions.
