Job Description

                    The Role:  We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Corporate Development team, based in Singapore. This newly created role is an excellent opportunity for a person with investment or corporate finance background. Reporting directly to the Director - Corporate Development, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the analysis of potential acquisition or divestment targets for the group, and in the development of growth strategies.
  Key Responsibilities: 
 Due Diligence: Review information memoranda, term sheets and other material in relation to investment opportunities.Help to identify key commercial pressure points.Liaise with local management teams to leverage internal SMEs.Coordinate third party diligence providers to produce thorough and inciteful reports.
