Job Description  
Track and analyze market activity across M&A, exits, and public‑market readiness to surface emerging themes, strategic shifts, and high‑potential investment opportunities. 
Conduct in‑depth financial and strategic evaluations of companies, including deal‑structure analysis, performance benchmarking, and assessment of business models, growth paths, and capital structures. 
Build and maintain robust financial models-DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, and other valuation frameworks-to inform investment decisions.
