Job Description

                    Responsibilities:
Develop innovative creative concepts and strategies for communication campaigns.
Lead and inspire the creative team from concept to final execution.
Promote a culture of creative excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Work with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
Assist in training new employees in creative responsibilities and agency procedures.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, client goals, and marketing objectives.
 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, communications or related.
Background experience in an Advertising Agency is a must.
Minimum of 9 years of related industry experience.
Excellent English proficiency is a must.
