Core responsibilities 

• Creative oversight – own pitch decks, mood boards and key visuals for every brief; give clear reference comps before production begins. 
• Work planning – assign tasks and maintain a 30–90-day capacity chart so designers know what’s coming and account teams can promise realistic dates. 
• Team leadership – mentor, review files daily, run weekly 1-on-1s and quarterly performance assessments; coach toward stronger craft and faster delivery. 
• Client alignment – join kick-off calls, gather preferences, present design drafts, and adjust based on feedback—keeping projects on brief and on time.
