The ideal candidate will have trial experience and be capable of managing cases from intake through to trial. This position is available at their Ottawa offices. Job description Your new role In this role, your responsibilities will include providing legal counsel and guidance to clients. You will review disclosure, attend daily courts for remands, and schedule pre-trials and judicial pre-trials. Additionally, you will conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues, draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts, and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
