Associate – Customer Success & Growth

This is a remote position. At Black & Grey HR, we are an advisory operating with structure, speed and intelligence. This role sits at the front of our business. You will help us acquire new clients, understand their hiring needs, manage relationships, and ensure every opportunity is tracked properly through CRM. We are not looking for random sales activity. We are looking for someone who can listen, ask the right questions, understand business pain points and move opportunities forward with discipline.
