Associate Data Scientist/Data Scientist, Data Analytics, Data Management and Statistics

ROLE PURPOSE

Implement initiatives to enable the Department to solve data related problems and to support policy considerations using data analytics.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIE

1. Execute initiatives to continuously improve the data quality and availability of JPS analytical datasets within allocated budget and resource constraints.
2. Perform data wrangling, transformation, and processing of large and complex datasets to support analytics use cases across the Bank.
3. Explore and integrate alternative and non-traditional data sources to enrich the Bank's analytics capabilities.
4. Support efforts to develop and apply new statistical and data science methods to extract insights from available datasets.
5. Execute initiatives to improve statistical analytics capabilities of the Department, including training for statistical analytics upskilling and technical publication.
