The Associate Dean for Graduate Education and External Programs is a high-impact, strategic leadership role responsible for bridging the gap between the School of Management and the graduate global professional community. This individual will spearhead the growth of non-degree executive education, international enrichment programming, and corporate and community partnerships. This includes evolving SOM's stackable education model to create seamless pathways from non-degree certificates to online graduate degree programs. Additionally, the Associate Dean will spearhead the creation of a multimodal leadership assessment in partnership with the Bass Center for Leadership Studies.
