At Grupo Planeta we´re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Associate Dean.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic management, customer care, training delivery, academic reporting, learning analytics, and academic technology. This role reports directly to the Dean and plays a pivotal role in ensuring a high-quality educational experience for our students.

Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of all academic programs, ensuring they meet the institution's quality standards and objectives.

Manage the customer care team, providing support and guidance to ensure a positive experience for all students and faculty.
