Responsibilities

• Prepare Investment Teasers, Information Memorandums, and other supporting documents for financing processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models in Excel.
• Manage and review Due Diligence processes and Q&A processes.
• Participate in the structuring of financing transactions (e.g., Corporate, LBO, Refinancing, etc).
• Assist in the negotiation of financing documents (e.g., Term Sheets, Loan Agreements, etc).
• Engage directly with debt investors, including banks and institutional investors.
