Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
Maximum two evening shifts per week

Alternating Fridays and Saturdays

Active Patients: 6,600+
New Patients per Month: 60+
