Associate Dentist- Fee-For-Service | Ownership Pathway
Location: Santa Rosa, California
Status: Full-Time | 4 days per week
Compensation: Competitive, above-market earning potential for the right doctor
Daily Guarantee: Minimum daily guarantee during the initial ramp period
Compensation & Benefits 
Minimum daily guarantee: $800 per day
  
Production-based compensation structure. (30%)
  
100% fee-for-service practice (no insurance contracts)
  
Continuing education is supported for doctors who demonstrate initiative, capability, and commitment to growth
  
Direct mentorship from Dr. Buzza
