This environment requires strong strategic leadership to capture value-added opportunities while strengthening the company’s role as a trusted and innovative partner. The mission of this position is to strategically lead the innovation, business development and sustainable growth agenda of the Dietary Supplements and Pharma (DS/PH) area, acting as a key interface between the market, strategic customers, R&D, marketing and regional and global leadership. The position’s purpose is to accelerate the capture of higher value‑added opportunities, reinforcing the company’s positioning as a strategic, innovative and reliable partner for customers.
