Responsibilities:
Owner of the statutory valuation of Hong Kong & Bermuda branch’s policy liabilities and risk capital; this includes at the minimum the timely and accurate reporting of the policy liabilities and risk capital quarterly and annually, preparation of the statutory forms quarterly and annually.
Perform solvency reporting, monitoring, and sensitivity analyses across all TLB solvency bases (Bermuda, Hong Kong) and recommend actions (including quantification of impacts) to improve solvency and to manage against uncertainty.
Perform solvency stress testing which is typically aligned with the tests performed within the ORSA, and to consider recovery plan and management actions.
Own the projection and reporting of capital generation, including the sensitivities of capital generation.
Own the management and governance of matching adjustment or liquidity premium as applicable to local solvency bases;...
