Associate Director, AI Risk Governance

What is the opportunity? This role will play a key role in shaping RBC’s evolving AI risk governance approach. The successful candidate will support the execution of RBC’s AI risk strategy and governance initiatives while maintaining RBC’s desired risk profile. The role supports the continued evolution and implementation of RBC’s AI risk governance framework (including related policies and standards), oversight on internal policy and external regulatory developments related to AI, and the reporting of AI portfolio and thematic insights on risk associated with AI adoption. It provides exposure to emerging AI risk governance, risk strategy, regulatory development, and cross‑functional leadership discussions.
