Associate Director, Alliance Development and Patient Advocacy

**Job Description**

The Associate Director, Alliance Development and Patient Advocacy will report to the Head of US Government Affairs, working closely with the US Federal and State teams, as well as the Global Team. The Associate Director will be the main point of contact for managing key issue advocacy, alliance, and policy partnerships inside the US and be actively engaged with Organon’s US alliance development and patient advocacy activities with external advocacy organizations in alignment with US Government Affairs policy priorities.

This position is responsible for delivering key advocacy activities, projects, management and analysis on behalf of the US Government Affairs & Policy Team, as defined, and supporting critical presentations and executive engagements.
