Associate Director, Benefits

We are seeking an experienced and strategic benefits leader to join our HR Total Rewards team as Associate Director, Benefits. This role will play a key part in shaping, managing, and evolving our comprehensive benefits programs, with primary responsibility for U.S. offerings and meaningful involvement in global initiatives across the Americas, Europe, and MEA regions.

As a senior member of the Benefits function, this individual will contribute to strategy development, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure our programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our commitment to employee well-being.
