What is the Opportunity ? This role supports the Business Management team within Business and Client Service Technology, helping to ensure smooth, transparent operations and effective governance. You'll oversee the IT portfolio and champion ongoing improvements across the organization.What will you do?The position leads the business management function within Business and Client Service Technology (BCST) and manages all aspects of the IT planning process, including development, maintenance, NIE, strategy, and communications.
The manager develops, provides, and monitors metrics for the BCST group, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.
This role is critical in driving the annual work plan across multiple global IT teams and coordinating control functions for projects and the overall BCST group.
