Associate director - catastrophe model

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic candidate to join our Catastrophe Modelling team. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
Associate Director – Marsh Catastrophe Risk Services
We will count on you to:
Ensure smooth, timely & utmost quality delivery for all the Marsh clients across the globe using Moody’s Risklink, Verisk’s Touchstone & Core Logic
Be the point of contact for all the project leads and act as a liaison between business and team in execution of the projects
Assist with Cat modelling R&D projects to further develop knowledge on model methodologies.
Challenge the status quo on the existing ways of working and propose new ways to achieve more efficiency.
Coach and mentor the team members to bridge their capability gaps for the current and future needs of the business.
