Responsible for setting and executing the Company’s enterprise level customer engagement strategy across Academic Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and Contracting. With direct people leadership responsibility for the management members of Academic Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and Contracts, accountable for leading the team to create incremental customer value, deeper engagement, and sustainable revenue growth. The team is charged with engaging customers across complex health systems and academic environments, spanning stakeholders from hospital administration through the C suite, as well as clinical and operational leadership.
