WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?As part of the Enterprise Compliance, the Associate Director, Compliance Controls & Governance is responsible for leading execution of the Compliance controls and governance program, supporting global strategic initiatives and overseeing key technology and training programs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Oversees the global controls and governance program for Compliance including Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) control rationalization efforts.

  • Supports strategic initiatives including Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Convergence, Training governance and technology portfolio oversight.

  • Oversees ongoing business-as-usual processes related to Compliance technology oversight including working with Compliance Technology and Functions Compliance to deliver status updates to Compliance management.
